My Life

01 Origins
Brussels, Barcelona, Allentown
I was born in Brussels and spent part of my childhood in Barcelona. When I was six, we moved to Allentown: new country, new language, new rules. I learned English in a classroom, and I have enjoyed traveling the world ever since.
02 Sciences
I Fell in Love with How the World Works
Biology, math, and physics felt like an honest way to look at the world. I studied mechanical engineering at Penn State, then interned in Paris, Barcelona, Dubai, and Washington, D.C. Three languages. Four countries. I love understanding how the world works from a first-principles perspective.
03 IBM
Inventor Inside a Very Large Company
I joined IBM as a consultant and began inventing with a group of people, many of whom appear on Wikipedia's list of prolific inventors. The work spanned AI, cloud, IoT, and media. I also worked on a $13B+ portfolio of global deals and helped run leadership programs that reached tens of thousands of people across 40+ countries.
04 Idea Space
A Practice Became a Company
I was always curious as to how the mind worked: Where do thoughts come from? Where do they go once you notice them? Combining this passion with my love for the sciences, I decided to go one step deeper. How does the mind relate to the universe at large? Can we describe the mind using the same principles of mathematics and physics? Thus, the idea space was born.
05 Today
Still Building
I still like to innovate, ship products, read, and work out. Idea Space is one thread of life, and I'm always looking for the next thing to build.
